Returns and Refunds Policy

At Predator Pool Tables and Cues, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be confident in every purchase you make. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Custom-made, personalized, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Pool tables and other large freight-shipped items may have special return requirements or fees (see below).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at clientservice@predatorpooltablesandcues.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you via email that we’ve received your item.
  • Let you know the status of your refund after inspection.
  • Process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at clientservice@predatorpooltablesandcues.com within 7 days of receiving the item.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method to return items.

6. Freight Item Returns (e.g., Pool Tables)

Due to their size and weight, pool tables and similar freight items are subject to the following return conditions:

  • Must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging.
  • Return freight costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • A restocking fee of 15–20% may apply.
  • Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival and document any visible damage with the carrier.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging in your email.
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement, refund, or credit.
