- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
- Oversized items such as pool tables may incur additional freight shipping charges. These will be clearly displayed prior to purchase.
4. Freight Deliveries (Pool Tables)
Pool tables are shipped via freight service due to their size and weight. Important details include:
- Curbside delivery is standard. Inside delivery or assembly services may be available at an additional cost.
- You will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Please inspect the shipment thoroughly upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
